Cultural Programming

Our Assyrian Program

Considering the best traditions of the Assyrian cultural heritage, Peterson Park has developed a program specifically for Assyrian residents to make them feel at home. We offer daily activities, traditional Assyrian crafts, sing-alongs, and religious services. Our convenient location is close to Assyrian-speaking businesses, neighborhoods, and churches.

At Peterson Park, we offer a cultural assyrian program which includes:

Karaoke, chess, HWA-TO, piano and Yutt cards

Observation of Assyrian holidays and religious days throughout the year

Onsite church services twice weekly; the rosary is prayed daily
